To ensure the best experience for our guests and service providers, please review our gift card policy before purchasing or redeeming a gift card.
Massage & Skincare Gift Cards
Gift cards purchased through Four Oaks Day Spa may be redeemed for massage therapy and skincare services provided by Four Oaks Day Spa employees.
These gift cards may also be applied toward eligible retail products sold by Four Oaks Day Spa unless otherwise stated.
Independent Contractor Services
Our salon is home to several independent professionals who manage their own businesses, scheduling, and payment processing.
Because of this, Four Oaks Day Spa gift cards cannot be used for services provided by independent contractors, including but not limited to:
Hair services
Nail services
Any other independently operated business within Four Oaks Day Spa
Each independent contractor may choose to offer and accept their own gift cards. Please contact your service provider directly regarding their individual gift card policies.
Discounts & Promotions
Services paid for with a Four Oaks Day Spa gift card are not eligible for additional discounts, promotions, coupons, or special offers, including but not limited to Friends & Family discounts, First Responder discounts, Senior discounts, promotional pricing, or any other discounted rate.
Only one discount or promotional offer may be applied per transaction unless otherwise specified by Four Oaks Day Spa.
Gift cards purchased during promotional or discounted sales may also be subject to additional terms and cannot be combined with other discounts or offers unless specifically stated.
Redemption
Gift cards should be presented at the time of checkout. Lost, stolen, or damaged gift cards may not be replaceable without proof of purchase.
Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be redeemed for cash except where required by law.
