Who Qualifies
The 40% Community Discount is available to:
Fire Department personnel
Police Department personnel
Teachers and School District Staff
Medical Professionals
Military Personnel, active duty or retired
Senior Citizens age 65 and older
Verification
Clients may be asked to provide a current work ID, badge, military ID, retirement identification, professional license, or other reasonable proof of eligibility before the discount is applied.

The discount may be applied to qualifying:
Massage therapy services
Skincare services, including facials and select esthetic services
Exclusions
The 40% Community Discount does not apply to:
Gift card purchases, unless specifically included in a current promotion
Retail products
Raffle tickets
Packages, memberships, or special event pricing

Services provided by independent providers who do not participate in the Four Oaks discount program
